Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Director to join our team at Bio-UV Group. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust sales portfolio in the target markets, gaining new clients through prospection, and identifying new opportunities for our existing product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a robust sales portfolio in the target markets
  • Gain new clients through prospection
  • Identify new opportunities for our existing product portfolio
  • Achieve sales through complex sales processes
  • Support the development of a detailed Go-To-Market strategy
  • Provide recommendations for new product requirements
  • Travel throughout the territory up to 50% of the time

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional sales experience in industrial equipment or solution sales
  • Excellent relationship skills, communication skills, and strategic negotiation skills
  • Understanding of water and wastewater treatment techniques, technologies, and disinfection applications
  • Knowledge of UV and/or ozone applications
  • Robust knowledge of the competitive landscape in the geographic markets
  • Fluent in English, and/or other North European languages
