About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Onboarding Specialist to join our team at Snaphunt. As an HR Onboarding Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling, document verification, and initial training coordination.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure timely completion of all onboarding steps.
- Provide candidates with necessary information and access to medical tests and clearances as part of the pre-employment process.
- Collaborate with our management team to streamline and optimize the recruitment and onboarding workflow.
- Utilize company-provided software for tracking and managing applicant data.
- Engage in other HR tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting and HR, preferably within the home care or related healthcare sector.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are essential.
- Proficient in using online recruitment platforms and software such as Arla.
- A proven track record of effective follow-through and attention to detail.
