Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Sales Operations Intern to join our Cross-Border Supply Team in Paris, France. As a Sales Operations Intern, you will play a key role in scaling up the circular economy revolution by enabling a stable supply of high-quality refurbished products from APAC countries to European consumers.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Seller Success Operations Manager to coordinate communications between internal functional teams and business teams.
- Participate in the taskforce to lead on seller education webinars and develop Chinese content library.
- Master APAC social communication tools and build effective communication mechanisms on WeChat.
- Work with translation agencies and coordinate with internal stakeholders on content translation.
- Manage a group of sellers, providing regular support on policy updates, quality alerts, and after-sales claims.
- Gather seller feedbacks in a systematic way, validate by probing internal data, identify common frictions, and turn them into actionable insights.
- 6-month internship
- English and Mandarin proficiency (fully professional capability in English, native in Mandarin)
- Good organization and communication skills, with the ability to write structured documents
- Detail-oriented and patient, with a can-do attitude
- Interest in engaging with small to medium-sized businesses and e-commerce
- Experience in content creation and live broadcasting is a plus
- Interest in fast-growing startups is preferred
- Salesforce, SQL, and/or Tableau experience is a plus, but readiness to learn is a must
- Starting date: January 2025
- Duration: 6 months
- Location: Paris, France
