About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team at ManoMano Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing partnerships with medium-sized sales partners that have significant growth potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and improve relationships with regularly changing medium-sized sales partners.
  • Define the partnership strategy, roadmap, goals, and budget for medium-sized sales partners.
  • Have a 360° view of your sales partners to prioritize the most impactful initiatives in your portfolio and support strategic negotiations.
  • Assist sales partners in defining and implementing their roadmaps and business development at ManoMano.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations and performance of your sales partners.
  • Deliver rapid commercial results by identifying new market opportunities with existing sales partners.
  • Be motivated by achieving sales targets, know how to analyze them, and create action plans to achieve your goals.
Requirements
  • Strong ability to define and drive a clear strategy for sales partnerships that aligns with company goals.
  • Great interest in the DIY sector and a general understanding of the challenges in e-commerce (UX, B2B, assortment, delivery experience, competitors).
  • Advanced analytical skills (including Google Sheets, Excel, and Qlik; SQL is an advantage) with complete independence.
  • Business fluent in English.
