Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Partnership Development Manager to join our Ebury Paris team. As a key member of our Partnerships Sales Team, you will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and recruiting new partners for our expanding solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and recruit new partners across various industries, including Financial Institutions, Professional Services, and Real Estate companies.
  • Onboard new partners, providing them with the necessary support and training to ensure a successful partnership.
  • Monitor and report on progress against plan, ensuring that agreed targets are met.
  • Expand existing business and provide feedback to technology and product managers to drive growth and innovation.
  • Support the Ebury client relationship/servicing culture through ongoing customer contact, quality customer service, and superior product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years of sales and/or partner management experience in a B2B financial services organization, with ideally at least 2 years' experience working with FX companies to originate strategic partnerships with affiliates and introducers.
  • Fluency in French and business fluent in English.
  • Proven ability to bring passion, energy, and motivation to a sales organization.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals.
  • Comfortable with a phone sales approach.
  • First-class communication skills, able to win people over; commitment and buy-in.
  • Skilled negotiator, able to build and leverage relationships at senior levels.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, self-starter, with an understanding of the psychology of sales and the sales process.
