Sales Partnership Manager

ManoMano is a leading e-commerce platform in the home improvement and renovation sector, operating in 6 European countries. With over 5,000 sellers and a vast product range, we aim to revolutionize the industry by providing innovative advice, products, and services online.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Seller Account Manager to join our team in Germany. As a key player in our sales partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with medium-sized sales partners in the DIY and garden sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and implement partnership strategies, roadmaps, goals, and budgets for medium-sized sales partners.
- Manage and improve relationships with regularly changing sales partners, focusing on the DIY and garden sectors.
- Assist sales partners in defining and implementing their roadmaps and business development at ManoMano.
- Manage day-to-day operations and performance of sales partners.
- Facilitate collaboration and communication between technical and commercial teams.
- Identify new market opportunities with existing sales partners and deliver rapid commercial results.
- Native-level proficiency in German.
- Strong business acumen and a hands-on approach.
- Excellent analytical skills, including Google Sheets, Excel, and Qlik.
- Strong negotiation skills and proven success in closing large deals.
- Business fluent in English.
