Job Description

At Diebold Nixdorf, we're looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to drive data-based decision-making and improve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reports, Dashboards, and BI Solutions: Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive, data-driven performance reports and interactive dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Excel, Salesforce, Seismic, and others.
  • Data Management and Quality: Connect to various data sources, import data, process, and transform data for Business Intelligence. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating, cross-checking, and cleaning the data as needed.
  • Analysis: Analyze and interpret data from various data sources (e.g., Lead, Opportunity, Customer, Revenue, Product, Market, Industry, etc.). Synthesize and visualize key findings by transforming data into knowledge and actionable insights.
  • Collaboration, Training, and Documentation: Work closely with Sales, Sales Operations, and Marketing to understand their requirements and deliver appropriate BI solutions. Provide technical support and training sessions to other end-users to help them better understand and utilize BI tools.
Requirements
  • Extensive Experience: 5+ years of experience carrying out data analysis and providing insights to the business in growing, dynamic organizations.
  • Education: Successfully completed a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, etc.).
  • Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of Excel and Data Visualization BI Tools (PowerBI). Experience working across different technology platforms and business systems, including CRM tools such as Salesforce and Sales Enablement Platforms like Seismic.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills to convert data into insights and management information. Excellent attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and ability to effectively work across multiple projects and manage competing deadlines.
