Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Sales Performance Team at Dassault Systèmes. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial support and analysis to our North American sales organization.

Our North American Sales organization is a major contributor to our Global business, with over $1B in revenue and a direct responsibility over 700 employees. You will interact directly with our Sales Management to provide financial insights and support to drive business results.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining financial models and metrics to support business decision making
  • Providing financial analysis and insights to senior management to inform strategic planning and execution
  • Collaborating with the FP&A team to develop and enhance reporting distributed to management across the company
  • Tracking spend for all marketing and sales functions and analyzing spend against budget and forecasts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance; MBA preferred
  • 5 years of experience in Finance Business Partner role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and anticipate cross-functional impacts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Advanced skills in Excel, with experience working with IT systems and SQL a plus
