Position: ITIL Process Manager

Role Overview:
Naval Group is seeking a qualified candidate for their Digital Transformation and Information Systems Department (DTSI). This department is responsible for ensuring the effective operation of the organization’s information systems, overseeing project management, and maintaining application functionality, all while pursuing a comprehensive digital transformation initiative.
The selected candidate will join a team dedicated to managing IT assets (both hardware and software) within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). The primary responsibility will be to establish and execute the configuration management process.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement enhancements to the configuration management process.
- Initiate and carry out continuous improvement strategies for the process.
- Detect and manage any anomalies within the process.
- Keep the process documentation current and accurate.
- Generate monthly reports for process evaluations.
- Serve as the business reference for the IT Service Management (ITSM) tool concerning configuration management, particularly regarding the CMDB data model.
- Develop and ensure the creation of necessary knowledge base articles to support the process effectively.
- Advocate for the process among all relevant stakeholders, especially those managing configuration elements and procurement of equipment.

Candidate Profile:
Are you the right fit?
- Educational Background: Master’s degree in computer science or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in IT management processes, particularly in CMDB.
- Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of CMDB data models.
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT department operations.
- Proficient in project management and effective communication.
- Demonstrated ability in:
