Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Water Ski Manager to join our team at Club Med. As a Water Ski Manager, you will be responsible for managing the water ski base, leading a team of power boat pilots and water ski instructors, and teaching lessons to beginners and confirmed children and adults.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the water ski base, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for guests
- Lead a team of power boat pilots and water ski instructors, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery
- Teach water skiing lessons to guests of all ages and skill levels, providing a fun and safe learning experience
- Organize and participate in water sports events and activities, promoting a positive and engaging experience for guests
- Ensure the security and safety of the navigation zone, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines
- Promote the water sports activity within the resort, highlighting its benefits and attractions to guests
Requirements
- Professional experience in water sports management or a related field
- Leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of water sports regulations and safety protocols
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
