Job Title: Water Ski Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Water Ski Manager to join our team at Club Med. As a Water Ski Manager, you will be responsible for managing our water ski base, leading a team of power boat pilots and water ski instructors, and teaching lessons to beginners and confirmed children and adults.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the water ski base, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.
  • Lead a team of power boat pilots and water ski instructors, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Teach water skiing lessons to beginners and confirmed children and adults, using your expertise to help them improve their skills.
  • Organize and participate in all watersport events at the Village, ensuring a fun and engaging experience for our guests.
  • Be responsible for the security of the navigation zone, ensuring the safety of our guests and staff.
  • Promote your activity in the Village, ensuring that our guests are aware of the exciting water sports opportunities available.

Requirements:

  • Water skiing qualifications or similar certification required.
  • RYA powerboat level 2 certificate.
  • English mandatory.
  • Good knowledge of how to repair power boats.

Contract Type: Temporary contract

Package: Seasonal contract. Salary adapted to skills and experience (fixed salary + bonus on objective). Accommodation and meals provided by Club Med and other advantages connected with our Club Med group.
