Water Ski Team Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Water Ski Manager to join our team at Club Med. As a Water Ski Manager, you will be responsible for managing our water ski base, leading a team of power boat pilots and water ski instructors, and teaching lessons to beginners and confirmed children and adults.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the water ski base, including planning and organizing water sports events
- Lead a team of power boat pilots and water ski instructors, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service
- Teach water skiing lessons to children and adults, adapting to different skill levels and ages
- Ensure the safety and security of our guests and staff in the navigation zone
- Promote our water sports activities within the resort, increasing participation and revenue
Requirements:
- Water skiing qualifications or similar certification required
- RYA powerboat level 2 certificate
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Fluency in English mandatory
