Senior Sales Director

Gigamon, a leading provider of network visibility and analytics solutions, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in France. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth targets
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing initiatives
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in a high-tech industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer base
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in building and managing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Fluency in French and English, with ability to communicate effectively in both languages
