The Client Relationship team in France is dedicated to fostering robust client connections and ensuring exceptional levels of client satisfaction. The Client Relationship Coordinator will be instrumental in addressing client inquiries, organizing events, managing invoices, overseeing client onboarding, and resolving any client issues or incidents. This role also involves maintaining effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders and managing client information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client inquiries and provide timely responses
  • Coordinate and organize client events and meetings
  • Handle invoicing and financial documentation
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients
  • Address and resolve client complaints or incidents
  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders
  • Maintain and update client data accurately

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Finance sector
  • Strong understanding of the Asset Management field
  • Knowledge of investment and post-investment procedures
  • Proficiency in both French and English
