Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at The ONE Group Ltd. As a key member of our Sales Organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding our customer base, and increasing revenue in the Southern Europe region.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand our customer base in the region.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales plans.
- Manage customer relationships, build trust, and deliver exceptional customer service to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
- Conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and develop targeted sales campaigns to increase market share and revenue.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements:
- Proven sales and management experience, with a strong track record of driving business growth and expanding customer bases.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong technical sales background, with experience selling high-tech product solutions, preferably in the Semiconductor industry.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of productivity and focus.
- Positive attitude, quick learning ability, and a strong team player mindset.
