Sales Director

Cytoo SA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the cosmetic industry and academic community.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintain and develop existing accounts in the cosmetic industry, identifying new opportunities and closing deals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the academic community, leveraging our innovative skin-based assays and micropatterned products.
- Collaborate with R&D staff to establish Statements of Works and ensure seamless product development.
- Manage sales activity in Salesforce, providing accurate forecasts and reports in a timely manner.
- MSc degree in biological sciences.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in life science products and/or cell-based assay services.
- Excellent sales skills, including prospecting, public presentation, communication, listening, negotiating, and closing.
- Ability to translate customer needs into meaningful proposals.
- Results-oriented and highly organized.
- Proficient in MS Office products and Salesforce CRM.
- Native or native-like fluency in English is mandatory.
