Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at The ONE Group Ltd. As a key member of our Sales Organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in Southern Europe.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and increase market share in the region.
  • Collaborate closely with Internal Sales and Technical Sales teams to boost sales of products and services.
  • Manage customer activities within the defined region, working alongside the Internal Sales Representative and Technical Manager.
  • Identify major opportunities, gather information, and develop strategies to expand the account base in the region.
  • Handle the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, including creating and delivering sales presentations and proposals.
  • Ensure accurate and timely forecasting of new business opportunities and revenue, utilizing CRM on a daily basis.
  • Provide effective communication and service to clients and feedback internally.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales and management experience.
  • Experience managing a large territory and working remotely from a virtual office.
  • Strong technical sales background with a successful track record of selling high-tech product solutions (preferably in the Semiconductor industry).
  • Ability to effectively use software such as Microsoft 365, CRM software.
