About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Commify. As an Outbound New Business & Partners Account Manager, you will be responsible for proactively contacting B2B prospects to sell our market-leading business messaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of Commify partners and resellers, upselling them by acquiring new business customers in their network.
  • Build relationships with heads of Partners and their networks, understanding their business needs and how our solutions can help.
  • Maintain up-to-date records on our CRM system (SalesForce).
  • Proven track record of success in Outbound new business acquisition and proactive sales roles.
  • Successful track record in proactive Account Management and achieving sales targets.
  • Good knowledge of the English language.
  • Sales experience in offering software solutions/services (SaaS).
  • Business messaging or telecoms industry experience.
