NeithWork, a leading recruitment consulting firm, is seeking a Business Development and Marketing Expert to join our team. Our client, a prestigious law firm based in Paris, requires assistance in recruiting a Business Developer with bilingual English skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue for the firm.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns that target key industries and sectors.
- Prepare and deliver pitches and proposals to clients, ensuring a client-centric approach and a deep understanding of the firm's services.
- Work closely with the profitability, risk, conflicts, and DE&I teams to ensure that pitch content includes all required input and information.
- Develop and maintain pitch information, including the firm's prewritten RFP answer bank and pitch records, in the Firm's experience management and pitch system.
- Conduct feedback calls with clients to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to the firm's approach to winning business.
Requirements:
- Strong business development and marketing skills, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
