- Bachelor's degree or higher in management, marketing, or economics.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a managerial sales role within the FMCG industry, including at least 3 years in team management.
- In-depth knowledge of the FMCG market, experience in private label sales, and working with retail chains and B2B clients.
- Fluency in English.
