Client Success Manager

As a Senior Client Lead, you will be responsible for driving client success and growth within Amundi Technology's Client Services team.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing Client Success Plans, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and fostering a culture of excellence within the team.

You will work closely with the Relationship Manager to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and will be responsible for monitoring client satisfaction and implementing solutions to enhance the overall client experience.

With a strong focus on commercial expansion, you will work closely with the Relationship Manager to identify upselling opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Effective communication and governance are also essential, with regular meetings and updates to ensure seamless delivery of services and alignment with Amundi Technology's strategic objectives.
