Job Summary
We are seeking two Contentious Claims Managers to join our team on a 5-month contract. As a key member of our contentieux team, you will be responsible for contributing to the recovery of claims that have entered a pre-contentious or contentious phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the recovery of claims through negotiation and communication with debtors
- Inform and educate members on their rights and obligations, and provide guidance on their claims
- Discuss possible resolution options with debtors and implement the contentious claims process as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
