Lunaphore Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Technical Sales Specialist - Applications and Image Analysis to join our fast-growing team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute regional, territory, and account-specific sales strategies to achieve assigned sales quotas.
  2. Drive sales of reagents, consumables, image analysis software, and instrument service contracts from initial engagement to closing.
  3. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive sales objectives and exceed targets.
  4. Engage with and qualify new leads to generate new sales opportunities.
  5. Perform territory analytics to identify trends and drive incremental growth.
  6. Attend conferences, events, and seminars to present key products and applications.
  7. Develop a strong technical knowledge of Lunaphore's product portfolio and the corresponding spatial biology landscape.
  8. Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide world-class customer satisfaction.
  9. Identify and share relevant market feedback.
  10. Maintain an accurate sales forecast and track sales activities in CRM.
Requirements:
  1. Master's or Ph.D. degree in Biology, Life Sciences, Bioengineering, Medicine, or similar background.
  2. 3+ years' experience in selling consumables, reagents, and applications in life sciences.
  3. Experience selling software solutions is a strong plus.
  4. Experience selling to academia and biopharma segments, across a wide range of applications including immuno-oncology/neurosciences/immunology.
  5. Previous experience in Spatial Biology industry is a strong plus.
  6. Knowledge of in-situ techniques including immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, in-situ hybridization, spatial transcriptomics, and similar tissue-based assays is a strong plus.
  7. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  8. Autonomous, proactive, and results-driven team player.
  9. Proficient in English; proficiency in French, German, or Italian is a strong plus.
  10. A clean full driving license is a strong plus.
