Senior Sales and Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled National Business Development Manager to join our team at Edwards & Pearce. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for exceeding sales and revenue targets through the acquisition of new revenue in our target markets, including the Healthcare and Chemical sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Acting as a subject matter expert in the packaging and label industry supply chain.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver sales plans and objectives.
- Generating and managing sales pipelines to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Confident in Microsoft 365/Office Packages including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
