Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technico-Commercial(e) IDF NMQ Specialist to join our team at Arkema. As a key member of our division, you will be responsible for managing the IDF region and driving business growth through customer relationship management and new business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and develop commercial strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the IDF region.
- Manage a portfolio of clients and build strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives, including identifying new business opportunities and negotiating contracts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies, promotions, and product launches.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations to senior management.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer data, track sales performance, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in commercial sales or business development, preferably in the Quincaillerie and Matériaux industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
