Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales and Business Development Manager at Efficient Power Conversion, you will be responsible for driving sales strategy for the territory, developing and executing the territorial business plan, and ensuring accuracy and delivery to the sales forecast. You will also be responsible for business development for existing and new accounts in EMEA, defining key sales channels to support the business plan and customer growth, and developing and executing account penetration sales strategy.

Requirements:

5-10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing functions, strong communications skills, proficiency in spoken and written English and other European languages, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on a high-quality strategic plan. Proven distribution management experience and qualifications gained within the power semiconductor industry, knowledge of standard IT tools and CRM applications, and customer interfaces, including at the most senior level.
