Are you a customer service enthusiast looking to take your skills to the next level in Lead Generation for Intellectual Property? We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Sales Development Representative team at Questel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate qualified monthly meetings through outbound calling, email campaigns, and social networks to support our Sales teams in driving business.
  • Collaborate with sales managers to map territories for prospective sales leads and build individual approach strategies to penetrate accounts.
  • Follow up on Questel events and communications, such as webinars and newsletters, to stay informed and engaged.
  • Track and monitor monthly goals to ensure success.
Requirements:
  • First experience in inside sales and/or cold calling is ideal.
  • Alternatively, any combination of education, professional experience, and training that provides the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
    • Confidence on the phone
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to pitch solutions and services
    • Active listening skills to assess customers' needs
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and regularly report on progress
    • Experience with CRM software is preferred
