Job Description

The ideal candidate will support the Sales Manager in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals and targets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Sales Manager in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals and targets
  • Assisting in prospecting, lead generation, and qualification of new business opportunities
  • Managing a portfolio of corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other stakeholders in the hospitality industry
  • Conducting sales presentations, site inspections, and client meetings to promote our property's facilities and services
  • Collaborating with the sales team and other departments to create customized proposals and packages tailored to meet the needs of clients
  • Assisting in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics, including pipelines, forecasts, and conversion rates, to identify areas for improvement
  • Keeping abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the same role
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building client relationships
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and events
Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
