Sinch is a global leader in the Communication Platforms as a Service (CPaaS) market, offering mobile customer engagement solutions. As our new Account Manager, you will lead client accounts to ensure strategic and high-quality work, maintaining a strong understanding of their business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a set of accounts to ensure high satisfaction, profitability, and growth
  • Cultivating and maintaining proactive relationships with clients
  • Collaborating with Strategists, Customer Success Managers, Project Managers, and Producers on delivery and growth
  • Working across various project and program types, including standard and rich mobile messaging, digital advertising, email marketing, and CRM solutions

The role is based in Paris and reports to the Regional Director Central Europe. Fluency in French and English is required.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role within the industry
  • B2B experience
  • Ability to deal with large accounts and enterprises
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with stringent processes
  • Fluency in French and English

  • Experience in Mobile Marketing/Messaging or related fields
