Sinch is a global leader in the Communication Platforms as a Service (CPaaS) market, offering innovative solutions for mobile customer engagement. As our new Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth and satisfaction for our clients in France.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a set of accounts to ensure high satisfaction, profitability, and growth
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Collaborating with Strategists, Customer Success Managers, Project Managers, and Producers on delivery and growth
  • Working across various project and program types, including standard and rich mobile messaging, digital advertising, email marketing, and CRM solutions

This role is based in Paris and reports to the Regional Director Central Europe. To succeed, you will need to be customer-focused, have excellent communication and writing skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements include:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role within the industry
  • B2B experience
  • Ability to deal with large accounts and enterprises
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with stringent processes
  • Fluency in French and English

Additional skills, such as experience in mobile marketing or a technical background, are a plus.
