We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow business with existing and new clients.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the hotel's products and services, as well as market trends and competitor activity.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including corporate and group clients, to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the hotel's policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Ensure that all sales activities are conducted in accordance with the hotel's policies and procedures, and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing strategic relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- A strong understanding of the hotel industry, including market trends and competitor activity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
