Group Sales Executive

Auberge Resorts Collection is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Sales Executive to join our team. As a Group Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving group business growth for our property, focusing on corporate retreats, social events, and buyouts during low and mid-season. You will engage in proactive sales activities throughout the region, cultivating relationships with potential clients and converting leads into confirmed business.
Key Responsibilities- Proactive Business Development: Actively prospect and generate new group business within a 2-hour radius of the property, and in key cities across France.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with clients, identifying their needs, preferences, and event goals.
- Lead Generation & Sales: Actively seek out new group leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging local and national connections.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Partner with the GSO and ADOS teams to ensure group bookings are managed efficiently.
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales, event, or group sales role, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of the domestic market and regional business landscape.
- Fluent in both French and English, with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
