About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to lead our most valued customers in the Retail sector into the digital age. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing, orchestrating, and leading virtual teams to drive business outcomes and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with executives and decision-makers at high levels of the customer's organization.
  • Proactively understand customer drivers of business transformation and lead new opportunities to accelerate digital transformation.
  • Develop and oversee the execution of account plans to ensure Microsoft revenue targets and customer business needs are met.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience working in Retail and/or driving digital transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft's product landscape, solutions, and strategy in the industry.
