Role: Salesforce Consultant at a leading Telecommunications client

Location: Hybrid

Duration: 6 months

TechOhana is seeking an experienced Salesforce consultant for a 6-month freelance position with one of our telecommunications clients.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in consulting and be adept at analysing business processes to develop effective Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements
  • Design and deploy Salesforce solutions tailored to specific business needs
  • Offer strategic guidance on Salesforce best practices and optimization strategies
  • Conduct training sessions for users and support change management initiatives
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to Salesforce configurations and workflows
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce consultant
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom application development
  • Skilled in configuring Salesforce workflows, process builder, and custom objects
  • Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
  • Salesforce consultant certification is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently
