**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing our sales and product delivery for the IMCAS World Congress. Your mission will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Sell solutions to a portfolio of existing sponsors and develop new products to support our clients' needs.
  • Prepare promotional plans, sales brochures, and sales season products to showcase our offerings.
  • Process and input products and orders into our systems, ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Manage the delivery of products, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Handle email correspondence and multiple administrative duties, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Enrich our database with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Follow precise processes to ensure the achievement of established objectives, analyzing performance and making data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with the team to support other congresses and contribute to the growth of our business.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Fluent English speaker, with French as a native language or proficiency. A third language speaker would be an asset.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the congress industry or a related field.
  • Background in the medical, aesthetic, cosmetic, or luxury industry would be beneficial.
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Ability to manage accounts and build strong customer relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment where initiative and autonomy are valued.
