Position Overview

  • Reporting directly to the Center Manager, you will oversee a team of 5 individuals, including commercial delivery personnel and an assistant, all dedicated to ensuring the satisfaction of our existing client base.
  • Our clientele primarily consists of businesses in the B2B sector, such as restaurants, hotels, local retailers, and small to medium-sized enterprises.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: This includes recruitment, training, employee retention, individual coaching, and conducting regular meetings.
  • Customer Satisfaction: You will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through daily management and support of each team member.
  • Client Engagement: Regular field visits to support and retain clients will be essential.

Additional Duties:

  • Revenue Management: You will be responsible for maintaining and growing the revenue of your assigned portfolio by proposing additional services, negotiating, and adapting our offerings to meet client needs.
  • Client Liaison: Act as a bridge between clients and various departments to foster optimal commercial relationships.
  • Performance Monitoring: Keep track of and analyze key performance indicators, including financial results, customer satisfaction metrics, and additional sales.
