Position Overview:

Mirakl has introduced a groundbreaking retail media platform known as Mirakl Ads. This platform empowers businesses to capitalize on their eCommerce web traffic, providing enhanced value to all stakeholders involved. Mirakl Ads is distinguished by a comprehensive suite of tools that utilize eCommerce best practices, effective product data management, and conversion optimization strategies to boost sales and profitability through digital marketing.

We are in search of an experienced professional to fill the role of Regional Vice President of Sales for EMEA, tasked with spearheading the adoption of Mirakl Ads and playing a pivotal role in the company's expansion. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in sales leadership and retail media.

Your Contributions:

As the Regional Vice President of Sales for EMEA for Mirakl Ads, you will be responsible for driving the growth of retail media initiatives, overseeing a sales team dedicated to promoting Mirakl Ads to both new and existing clients. We seek a proactive, innovative, and well-networked individual with exceptional relationship management skills. Your duties will encompass formulating the sales strategy, ensuring its implementation, and meeting strategic goals. Additionally, you will provide executive support for clients, manage initial escalations, and supervise customer interactions, playing a vital role in the company's achievements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Create a localized go-to-market strategy that aligns with Mirakl's objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations
  • Mentor and nurture the sales team, including recruitment and training initiatives
  • Assist Account Executives during client engagements and leverage corporate resources
  • Broaden partnerships and elevate the visibility of Mirakl Ads within the industry
  • Collaborate with various departments to generate forecasts and sales pipelines
  • Deliver reports on sales activities and revenue projections

Candidate Profile:

  • Over 10 years of successful experience in software sales and retail media
  • A minimum of 3 years in a leadership role managing a sales team of at least 10 members
  • A proven history of driving regional growth for SaaS enterprises
  • A business-oriented individual who thrives in dynamic environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English; fluency in Spanish is an advantage
