About the Role

Mirakl is seeking a highly experienced Regional Vice President of Sales for EMEA to lead the expansion of our retail media activities in the region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in EMEA.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at top-tier retailers and brands.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to ensure effective execution of sales plans and strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies and product development.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in software sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing a sales team, with a minimum team size of 10 people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Fluency in English and French, with proficiency in Spanish a plus.
