Job Title: Regional Vice President of Sales for EMEA

Mirakl is a global leader in platform business innovation, and we're seeking a highly experienced Regional Vice President of Sales for EMEA to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our retail media activities in the EMEA region.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a dynamic sales team to promote Mirakl Ads among new and existing customers in the EMEA region.
  • Develop and execute a local go-to-market strategy consistent with Mirakl's objectives.
  • Establish strong relationships with key players at the highest levels of an organization, particularly within the VP, EVP, and C-suite.
  • Continuously mentor and develop your sales team, including recruiting, hiring, and training duties.
  • Support Account Executives by participating in client meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required.
  • Develop partnerships and increase the visibility of Mirakl Ads in the eCommerce and Retail Media sector.
  • Collaborate with marketing, business development, and partners to build accurate forecast and pipeline.
  • Report on sales activity and revenue forecast.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of proven success in software sales and experience within the retail media industry.
  • At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in managing a sales team, with a minimum team size of 10 people.
  • Proven track record of driving regional growth for a SaaS company through acquiring new clients and implementing effective upsell/cross-sell strategies.
  • Must be a highly business-driven individual who excels in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
  • Excellent verbal/written skills and proficiency in French and English.
  • Fluency in Spanish would be an added advantage.
