About the Role

The Technical Support Engineer is a key member of our team, responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our internal and external customers. This role requires a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues
  • Develop and implement solutions to resolve customer problems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide support during business hours
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base data to improve customer support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken)
  • Experience with incident management software and multiple integrated software products
  • Strong understanding of SQL and experience with Git, Visual Studio, and API/web services
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively
