Senior Sales Compensation Manager

The Senior Sales Compensation Manager at Zayo Group will oversee a dedicated team focused on our most significant client accounts across France. This role is pivotal in executing and enhancing team sales strategies to foster robust customer relationships and boost sales of our communications infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Coaching: Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of sales professionals, fostering an environment of growth and development.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Drive initiatives aimed at meeting and surpassing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Sales Cycle Management: Offer support throughout the sales process to ensure effective closure of sales opportunities.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on sales activities using Zayo's CRM and other reporting tools.
- Recruitment and Training: Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for new sales team members.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about competitive trends and emerging technologies to strategically position Zayo in the marketplace.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A proven track record of achieving sales goals consistently.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
- The ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt swiftly in a dynamic environment.
