Un partenaire de l'école OpenClassrooms recherche un Product Manager en contrat d'apprentissage, pour préparer une de ses formations diplômantes reconnues par l'État.
Attention : cette offre ne s'adresse qu'aux candidats à l'alternance qui effectuent leur formation avec OpenClassrooms. Seules les candidatures répondant à ces critères seront étudiées.
Missions- Participer à l'identification et à la collecte des besoins des clients internes en organisant des ateliers et en travaillant avec toutes les parties prenantes des différentes entités et filiales du groupe.
- Se former aux produits Salesforce déployés et contribuer à leur adoption par les clients internes.
- Soutenir la gestion du backlog produit : création de tickets, planification, priorisation, revue, enrichissement et nettoyage ;
- Contribuer à la conceptualisation de la solution et à la rédaction des user stories : spécification des règles fonctionnelles et des critères d'acceptation, en tenant compte des impacts et des dépendances techniques ;
- Créer et mettre à jour la documentation technique pour les utilisateurs des différentes plateformes et autres documents de présentation de produits/fonctionnalités.
- Identifier et qualifier les données pour qu'elles puissent être exploitées dans le cadre des solutions développées, y compris l'analyse si nécessaire.
- Soutenir l'équipe dans les tests des fonctionnalités développées.
Être actuellement en cours d'obtention d'un diplôme d'une école de commerce/ingénieur, d'une université ou équivalent, avec un intérêt pour la technologie et la transformation digitale des entreprises.
Être curieux, à l'écoute, bon pédagogue, organisé(e) et méthodique, autonome, avec de bonnes compétences en communication écrite et orale, en français et en anglais.
