Our innovative SaaS platform is utilized by engineers, technicians, and operators involved in the design and production of advanced products such as satellites, nuclear facilities, and surgical instruments. The Aletiq industrial product platform aims to unify operational teams and establish a comprehensive source of truth for technical data.

Since the inception of our platform in 2021, our clientele, including notable names like SAFRAN and LISI Aerospace, has reported remarkable enhancements: accelerated innovation, enhanced quality, and decreased manufacturing expenses.

Currently, Aletiq is employed by over 5,000 individuals across 50 factories in 10 different countries.

Supported by leading European investors, including Point Nine and founders of Celonis, Aletiq is rapidly expanding and playing a pivotal role in the transformation of manufacturers globally.

Importance of the Role

Aletiq is in search of a proactive Marketing Lead to spearhead and enhance our marketing initiatives.

Reporting directly to the CEO, your position will be vital in shaping the go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, and overall marketing effectiveness of our product platform.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership and Analysis

  • Contribute to the formulation and execution of the go-to-market strategy for Aletiq's product, ensuring consistent and sustainable market growth.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to guide our messaging, product positioning, pricing, and differentiation strategies.

Enable and Train

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure cohesive strategies and execution.
  • Create impactful sales tools, training materials, and customer-facing content.
  • Empower and train our sales teams and partners to effectively convey our messaging, use cases, and differentiators to clients.

Communicate and Evangelize

  • Oversee and manage our communication platforms, including the website and social media.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and provide specific domain expertise at conferences, events, webinars, and other customer-facing engagements.

Create Content and Enhance Brand Visibility

  • Design and implement marketing campaigns that foster awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth, while managing content creation (white papers, blog posts, sales presentations, etc.).
  • Establish strong relationships with key customers to gather insights, testimonials, and case studies that showcase the value and impact of Aletiq's solutions.

Measure and Monitor Success

  • Continuously assess how Aletiq's messaging and positioning resonate with customers and analysts, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives and refine strategies for ongoing improvement.
Role Requirements
  • A five-year college or university degree (preferably from a business school).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing within a B2B SaaS environment targeting mid-market or large enterprise clients.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • Dynamic, creative, and curious, with a propensity to propose innovative ideas.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency and adaptability.
  • Fluency in both English and French.
Hiring Process Overview

We aim to respond to applicants by the end of each week and provide feedback within 24 hours following each interview.

Applicants can anticipate the following steps:

  1. A discovery call to foster mutual understanding (~30 minutes).
  2. An on-site technical interview (~1 hour and 30 minutes).
  3. A motivational interview with one of the founders (~1 hour).
  4. Offer stage.
