Job Title: Sales Representative - French Portfolio

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Annecy, France. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing the French portfolio of specialty accounts and reporting directly to the Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive results and achieve business targets.
  • Prospect new accounts to widen brand presence in the country.
  • Maintain close relations with the customer base through frequent regional travel.
  • Actively train and visit key doors to boost sell-through.
  • Closely work with marketing to develop Icebreaker brand awareness.
  • Prepare and submit seasonal product forecasts for all accounts.
  • Build strong working partnerships with accounts, sales associates, and buyers.
Requirements:
  • Equivalent of 2-3 years' sales/marketing account management experience, ideally for an outdoor apparel wholesaler.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Exceptional relationship building and management skills, with a motivation to meet targets.
  • Strong problem-solving capability and skill.
  • Great time-management and prioritizing skills, with experience delivering to deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and practices.
