Capijobnew is a dynamic organization that is shaping the future of various industries through innovative advancements. As a Business Operational Excellence Expert & Projects, you will play a crucial role in driving continuous improvement within our EMEA Customer Excellence Team in the Process Solutions, Life Science Business Area.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects and initiatives to execute our global strategy, foster digitalization, and improve the 'Order to Cash' transactional processes.
- Evaluate process effectiveness with metrics you establish with reporting tools and collaborate with internal Business Partners on (global) cross-divisional projects.
- Develop a continuous improvement culture in our Customer Excellence Team, pilot and execute with Lean and Six Sigma Belts, mentor others' improvement projects, and collaborate with the Global Operational Excellence community.
- Act as a change agent and be comfortable in a dynamic organization.
Requirements:
- Minimum of bachelor's degree in business management or related education field.
- 3-6 years professional experience in a customer-facing environment.
- Project management skills with certification Lean Six Sigma Green Belt; Black Belt appreciated.
- Experienced working in international or multi-cultural teams.
- Good coaching and communication skills with capacity to influence peers.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Computer skills: advanced Excel; SAP and CRM tool appreciated.
- English fluent (written, spoken); one additional language will be an asset.
