Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Annecy, France. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing the French portfolio of specialty accounts and reporting directly to the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales plans to drive results and achieve business targets.
- Prospect new accounts to widen brand presence in the country.
- Maintain close relations with the customer base through frequent regional travel.
- Actively train and visit key doors to boost sell-through.
- Closely work with marketing to develop Icebreaker brand awareness.
- Prepare and submit seasonal product forecasts for all accounts.
- Build strong working partnerships with accounts, sales associates, and buyers.
- Equivalent of 2-3 years' sales/marketing account management experience, ideally for an outdoor apparel wholesaler.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Exceptional relationship building and management skills, with a motivation to meet targets.
- Strong problem-solving capability and skill.
- Great time-management and prioritizing skills, with experience delivering to deadlines.
- Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and practices.
