Role Overview: Are you interested in a dynamic apprenticeship within a software company focused on impactful solutions? In this role, you will assist in the implementation of our data-centric ESG software platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support our B2B clientele, including notable organizations.
- Facilitate the implementation and rollout of a new internal Customer Success Management tool, collaborating closely with the deployment lead.
- Contribute to the scalability of Deepki by aiding in the configuration and automation of onboarding processes.
- Conduct training sessions for new members of the Customer Success team.
Data Quality Assurance:
Ensure the precision and completeness of customer data, enabling Deepki's platforms to create a meaningful impact within client organizations through Data Quality Checks (DQC). You may also present data insights to clients.
This apprenticeship primarily focuses on configuration and analysis, with the potential to evolve into project management and client interactions.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English; professional proficiency in French is essential.
- Experience or interest in project management.
- Background in software development or data analysis is a plus.
