We are in search of a Global Account Manager to oversee our European operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Directly manage a European Global Account team.
- Oversee a comprehensive portfolio that includes EDA, IP, Design Services, and Consulting Services.
- Ensure accountability for Booking and Revenue metrics.
- Collaborate with the extended team to drive and implement detailed Account strategies, pinpoint growth opportunities, and lead the team in realizing these plans.
- Prioritize Customer Success through Value-Based Selling and Consultative approaches.
- Build and maintain Executive relationships to establish trust and alignment between both organizations.
- Liaise internally to guide technical and R&D teams in delivering tailored solutions for clients.
- Coordinate with Support functions in Legal, Finance, and HR.
- Manage the Financial Engineering of Multi-Year Agreements and project-specific contracts, encompassing business terms, legal stipulations, and technical specifications.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Master’s degree in engineering or a related field; a Business degree is advantageous.
- Over 10 years of Technical Sales experience within the EMEA region.
- Proven success in leading a team of Senior Sales Executives.
- Experience in fostering client relationships with a history of meeting personal and regional revenue targets year over year.
- Ability to leverage the expertise of the extended team effectively.
- Demonstrated proficiency in solution selling.
- Strategic understanding of the competitive landscape.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
- Capability to develop ROI-based business cases to support investment decisions.
- Proficiency in French and English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
