We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Director to join our team at Ecolab. As a key member of our Global Animal Health Division, you will be responsible for driving commercial excellence and optimizing sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and improve sales effectiveness
  • Lead the optimization of commercial processes, including CRM platform management and sales enablement
  • Collaborate with regional sales and marketing teams to enhance customer segmentation, opportunity management, and lead generation
  • Develop and recommend CRM and sales management tools to support sales processes
  • Drive the development and utilization of standardized sales reporting tools to enable commercial teams to achieve growth strategies
Requirements
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral
  • Deep knowledge of sales processes, CRM, and Microsoft Dynamics
  • Understanding of value selling and ability to translate value propositions into effective sales tools
  • Passion for the animal health business
  • Master's degree in business or marketing
  • Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time
