About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned professional to lead our Sales department in France, responsible for the Consumer Goods division. As a key member of our Commercial Director team, you'll drive sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead a team of National Group Key Account Managers and Sales Area Managers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers and key opinion leaders.
  • Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and adapt procedures.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in Top FMCG companies.
  • Strong commercial and business acumen, with strategic thinking and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in French and English.
